CRM and Customer Data

Call Recordings

Markivo does not record phone calls directly through the Android application.

Users may choose to upload call recordings that already exist on their device. Access to these recordings is provided only after the user explicitly selects files or folders using Android's Storage Access Framework (SAF) or similar folder access permissions.

How We Use Information

We use collected information for the following purposes:

  1. CRM and lead management.
  2. Customer relationship management activities.
  3. Communication tracking and follow-up management.

Storage of Call Recordings

When users upload call recordings:

  1. Recordings are processed through Markivo's backend services.
  2. Uploaded recordings are stored in the Google Drive account connected by the respective tenant or organization.
  3. Markivo does not store uploaded call recordings in the Android application itself.
  4. Access to recordings is limited to authorized users within the tenant's environment and according to configured permissions.

Authentication and Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data.

  1. Authentication tokens and access credentials are stored securely.
  2. Access to data is restricted to authorized users and systems.
  3. Security measures are regularly reviewed to help protect against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of information.

Data Sharing

Markivo does not sell user or customer data.

Information may be processed by trusted service providers and infrastructure partners solely for the purpose of delivering and maintaining the service, including cloud storage and authentication services. Such processing is performed in accordance with applicable contractual and security requirements.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Data retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and customer requirements.

User Rights and Data Deletion

Users and administrators may request deletion of their data.

Upon receiving a valid deletion request, we will take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize applicable information, subject to legal, contractual, and operational requirements.
